1. Before operation, place the equipment on a level surface to ensure that the machine is placed steadily and reliably; Ensure that the device plug is in good contact, free from looseness and water marks;
2. Check if there are any foreign objects inside the drum or on the conveyor belt. If there are any foreign objects, they must be cleaned thoroughly to avoid damaging the meat cutter;
3. Adjust the operation and select the cutting method according to the type of processing required.
4. When installing the minced meat knife, first rotate the adjustable eccentric wheel to move the knife holder to the bottom stop, then lift the knife holder up by 1-2mm to make the vertical knife contact the conveyor belt, and fix the vertical knife on the knife holder with a fastening nut. If the meat chopper is used improperly, accidents may occur. Therefore, before use, the instruction manual should be carefully checked. Not only should it be used correctly, but it should also be maintained well.
