      There are many common types of deep drawn parts in hardware processing, such as measuring the position and deformation characteristics of deformation zones in intersecting parts of different shapes. The stress state and distribution pattern of each part of the blank are significantly different, and some parts even have fundamental differences. Therefore, the determined process parameters, number and sequence of processes, and mold structure are different. According to the characteristics of deformation mechanics, various stretching parts can be divided into the following four basic types: cylindrical parts, box shaped parts, axisymmetric curved parts, and non axisymmetric curved parts.

      1、 Cylindrical components

      1. The deformation zone during stretching is the force transmission zone in other parts of the blank flange, which does not participate in the main deformation.

      2. Under the action of tangential compressive stress and radial tensile stress, the intersecting area of the billet undergoes tangential compression and radial elongation deformation.

      3. The ultimate intersection parameter is mainly limited by the bearing capacity of the blank force transmission zone.


      2、 Box making

      1. The deformation performance is the same as that of round steel parts, but the deformation distribution around the blank is uneven, with larger deformation at rounded corners and smaller deformation at straight edges.

      2. Around the blank, due to uneven intersections, the four corners and straight edges will have mutual influence.


      3、 Axisymmetric surface parts - the deformation area of the blank during the deep drawing process consists of two parts:

      1. The deformation of the far coating part of the blank is the same as that of the cylindrical part, resulting in deformation under tangential and radial compression.

      2. The middle of the blank is the bulging deformation zone under biaxial stretching.


      4、 Non axisymmetric curved surface components

      1. The deformation zone of the blank consists of an external tensile deformation zone and an internal bulging deformation zone, while the distribution around the blank is uneven.

      2. When stretching curved parts with flanges, there is still shear deformation in the peripheral deformation area of the blank.
